Ask For Help

Hey friends,

This week I've been so frustrated with my java code. We're doing graphics right now and although it says "no syntax errors", my code doesn't work the way I want it.

I worked on it for hours but nothing changed. I was on the verge of giving up and told my self: 'just take the 0", but I didn't.

One thing I asked myself was: "Did you ask for help?". The answer was no. This brought awareness to me that people often don't ask for help because they don't want to talk or embarrass themselves in front of others.

But the best way to learn is to ask for help. So next class, instead of trying to figure out the problem myself, I will ask the teacher for help.

Don't be afraid to ask for help. Have some confidence in yourself for this will help you not only now but also for the rest of your life.
