Work Hard, All Day, Every Day
Hey friends,
This week I smashed 2 personal record: 5k and back squats. How did I get to this point? The answer is actually simple: hard work.
You've probably heard this many times but it's actually true. When I was a freshman, I never thought I would be able to run a 5k in under 18 mins nor be able to squat over 200 pounds.
Each day I trained, I kept asking myself: what's the point of this? But I somehow broke through this barrier and 2 years later, I felt so proud.
So if you want squat over 200 lbs, do it. If you want to run a 5k under 18 mins, do it. Whatever your dream is, don't worry about what people say. Don't worry about how hard it is.
Even though you will struggle, this is a positive sign that you're getting closer and closer to who you want to become.
You can do it!
